My CardMaker Magazine Blog Post and Comment Candy!

Hi Everyone!

Today was my turn to blog about one of my favorite tools or products on our CardMaker Magazine blog.

I would LOVE for you to head over there and check it out.
Here is a teeny tiny sneak peek at the project I am going to be sharing with you there.

Because my favorite product post is about ribbon, I asked Bonnie from Really Reasonable Ribbon, if she would like to sponsor my post with some blog candy, and she graciously said yes.
This is the January Ribbon of the Month club assortment. Isn't it yummy? ;)

For a chance to win it, all you need to do is pop over to our CardMaker Magazine blog, take a peek at my card, then come back to here and leave a little love in the form of a comment.
I will draw a winner on 1/14/2012.
BTW...I would love to know what your favorite style of ribbon is!
I have been on the RRR design team for almost 2 years now and am always blown away by the value and beauty of the Ribbon Club assortments. I love to be surprised every month when I open up my RRR package!

I would also like to invite you to head over to the Really Reasonable Ribbons Ramblings blog to sign up for the wonderful set of  "2nd Blogaversary Candy" that Bonnie is giving away.
Just look at all of these goodies! :)

Thanks so much for dropping by today! :)

  2. Your card is absolutely gorgeous. I just love ribbons just as much as you, and can just never get enough. I don´t think I´m creating many things during the year, that doesn´t have ribbons in it in some way, and it can just be used in so many ways. I just loves all kinds of lace and romantic ribbons, but most kinds of ribons is actually to find in my stash, as I love everything LOL. These January ribbons are really gorgeous, but I´m also totally in awe with these harlekinpatterned ones from RRR, they´re soooooo stunning too.

  7. Your card was so beautiful! How did you adhere all the ribbon to it? I don't really have a favorite style of ribbon, but I tend to like ribbon that isn't too stiff best. Lace ribbon gives my heart an extra beat, too. :)

  14. Your card is truly FAB! What a great way to use scraps. Although I use a lot of sheer ribbon, I think my fav is the white or cream seambinding that I can custom color to match my card......does that count?:)

  22. Your heart card rocks ribbon! Awesome!!!

My favorite kind of ribbon? That's tough as I love all ribbon and have drawers full of it. But it is never enough. I love to use the seam binding to make my own colored wrinkly ribbon.

  23. Love your heart card, True! I left you a comment on Card Maker too! I love ribbon, but don't have any of the seam binding ribbon or the nice quality ribbon like silk or satin...I need to get some that "fall" nicely. I'll have to check out RRR. My favorite ribbon...that's a tough one! I like the sheer ribbons and I like the shinny, vibrant colored ones that have clear, bright colors...if that makes sense...

    Blessings!

  24. WOW what a great card! I love it. There are so many ribbon styles it is hard to pick a favorite. Right now, I'm really digging the tiny pom pom ribbon. I also am really into dyeing my own seam tape into colors that match my cardstock.
