Does Anyone Know Who's Stamp This Is?


Hi Everyone!
It's not a trick question. I really need to know. :)

My dear friend Kathryn Stevenson sent me this drop dead gorgeous card, along with some gifts, and I must have that stamp! LOL. 
She purchased the card and is not sure who the manufacturer is.
Can any one help? :)

    It is a 1998 stamp set from Stampin' Up called Glad Heart. It also contained a flower border, a heart, a Bible verse, thank you sentiment and filler dots.
