Hello All!
My project for today is taking advantage of the back to school specials that are going on right now. I picked up some composition books for a quarter a piece at our local Wal-mart store.
By adding some stash paper, some beautiful ribbon and some scor-tape, I created this!
The designer paper is from DCWV "Rustic" stack.
Butterfly stamps and punch are by Martha Stewart.
I printed the word "JOURNAL" out with my printer.
If you missed my post yesterday about the special book I was a part of, please CLICK HERE.
Make sure and leave a comment on that post for a chance to win a copy of the book!
I would love a comment on what you think about my journal too before you go! ;)
Hugs,
True :D
Love the journal!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, your journal is gorgeous. I took advantage of that sale also. I just need to get started on the crafting of them.
ReplyDeleteWow. Amazing True. Love it.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and so much more attractive than the originals. :0)
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome and I am soooo jealous of how you are able to look at something and make it totally and beautifully different!
ReplyDeleteI love your journal cover! I've been using the same kind of book for my journal for acouple of years. I covered my first one as my interpretation of the 'Marauder's Map' from the harry potter books. I had such fun that I've been covering them ever since. But none were as creative as that first one. I now have 3 covered. And the last is almost full. So it'll be time to cover another one soon. Thanks for sharing your's!
ReplyDeleteLove the bow qnd d/p on the pencil. above and beyond the normal.

ReplyDeleteI adore your journal. I have been doing this for years, but I never put quite the beauty into as you have. Now I have new inspiration.
