Hi Everyone!
It is my turn to post over @ the Creative Charms blog and I wanted to share the post on my blog too.
I did a couple of cards with this month's fun "Oh My Lucky Charms" Deal of the Month kit.
I did a couple of cards with this month's fun "Oh My Lucky Charms" Deal of the Month kit.
When I opened up my DT package and saw all of the greens and teals, I instantly thought of the new K&Company's "Poppy Seed" papers and embellishments I had just bought. Of course greens match tons of papers but I mean this was spot on perfect!!!! ;)
The only thing I had to figure out was what stamp to use. Two different ones popped into my head and I just couldn't decide, soooo....you guessed it.....I did them both! :)
The first one is done with one of the digital sets that I illustrated for Clear Dollar Stamps called "Love Tweet Love".
The second one was done with Inky Antic's ~ "Flower Teacup Mousie".
I usually paint my images then coordinate the embellishments and paper to match. It was really fun, painting my images to match my embellishments for a change! :)
BTW..the gorgeous Amethyst cardstock is from The Paper Temptress.
The paper trim under the ribbon and the purple Prima flowers were added from my stash but, all of the other embellishments including the looped flower buttons, brads, gems and ribbon on both cards came from this month's Creative Charms ~ Deal of the Month kit.
What an awesome way to get color coordinated embellishments and it is over a $20.00 value for just $6.99!!!
I would love to hear which card you like best. I can't make up my mind! :)
Thanks for dropping by!
Hugs,

WAUW I´m the first here to comment? That´s really rare ha ha ha.
I just love both your cards and think, they´re both really well done, but I have to pick the mouse card, but only because I have a little crush on these cutie little mice he he he. Is also why I just sooo love the House Mouse stamps soo much he he he. But both cards are sooo gorgeous and well made, so it´s alone my love for mice, that made me pick that one out here he he he.
Have a great week-end and TFS these beauties with us here.
I couldn't possible choose which card I like best. They both are perfect! Love the coloring and shimmer paper.
the mousie image is my favorite image as I've been a huge fan of Tammy DeYoung's for MANY years, but both cards are darling!
sorry, can't help you choose. they're both so pretty, the colors are so soft and lovely, I love the coloring and the images of both cards... can't choose! don't make me! lol
oh wow i couldn't choose either but i love them just gorgeous!!
My favorite - which was difficult to choose - is the card with the love birds. This is adorable. Thank you for the beautiful walk through your blog during my lunch break. Have a great weekend!

I love the brightness and the brilliance of both of these cards True :)

I love them both since they use one of my favorite papers.
Now True ... It is so not fair to ask us for a fave!!! Your own illustration is just too cute! I bow to your artistry in illustration! But, my heart has long been a fan of Inky ... soooooo, if forced to "choose" against my better will, I have to say "Go Mousie"!!!
Please oh please don't hold that against me ... It's painful to "choose"!!!! ;)

Both cards are absolutely gorgeous, I just love the fun colors and all the little extras you added... perfect.
Hugs, Jovi
How adorable, so cute! Beautiful colors!
Hi True! I´m now a follower of you :) Your cards are all very beautiful and when to choose of these above I prefer the Flower Mousie-card. Hugs!
they're both cute. I like the bunny one better.
I love the birdies best. I am biased though as I have two feather babies. Both card are knock outs.
