"The Generous Fairy"

Hello,
I am getting in the Christmas spirit already!
Cuddly Buddly has some brand new fairy stamps created from awesome illustrator Kim Sponaugle's artwork. I have worked with six of them and they are all just so cute! This is the first one I want to share with you. He is called "The Generous Fairy". The holly paper is also by Cuddly Buddly from their "Fairy Fun Seasonal Papers" which are a digi download. The cardstock is Bazzill and Core'dinations.

I popped the fairy then popped his arms and holly again. I then added Stickles to him and the holly paper. Of course I added some stitching and a pretty ribbon too!
Remember, you can click on any picture to enlarge for a better view.

Thanks so much for dropping by!
Please be a sweetie and leave a comment!

Hugs your way!,

Fabulously Crafty Friends Call @ Cuddly Buddly!

Hi Friends!
Cuddly Buddly is looking to add some new friends to our team.

Here is a bit I have taken from Kim's post

How it works - From time to time we’ll send you new stamps, downloadable papers plus some bits n bobs (ribbons, card, etc.) for you to create a stunning papercraft or altered art piece to showcase the new stamp. If the extras we send don’t suit the idea you have in mind when you see the stamps then just keep them in your Cuddly Buddly stash box for another day. You then send us a good digi pix of your finished card or item along with a ’materials used’ list which we add to the product web page and to our Galleries to help demonstrate the product better to our much appreciated customers.
We never ask or expect our Fabulously Crafty Friends to do any marketing for us so if you create beautiful works but don’t have a blog, or don’t participate on forums we’d still like very much to hear from you. However, if you enjoy blogging and want to share with your online friends what you’re doing with us, that’s fine and I’m happy to make up a special little button for your blog, if you’d like one.
If you’re interested in being one of my Fabulously Crafty Friends then please email me (look for Fabulously Crafty Friends on the drop down menu on the
contact page) and let me know;
who you are,
a little bit about yourself,
how long you’ve been crafting,
your favourite crafting techniques,
how many projects you think you could comfortably take on per month and …
include a link to your blog or online photo album where I can see examples of your gorgeous creations.
Printables Update - After chatting with Susi, our Printables and Cuttables Designer, it appears that Susi would also very much appreciate a Fabulously Crafty Friend to work with her and help make up her Printables Projects too. If you enjoy making up Susi’s versatile and really useful Printable projects and taking them to the next level with the addition of embellishments and graphics then we’d love to hear from you too.
Keep Creating!

"Cuddly Buddly's" - "Bee of Good Cheer" -"Poor Wee Bee"

Hello!
Glad you dropped by again!
Today I get to show you my third card in the series from "Cuddly Buddly's" brand new "Bee of Good Cheer" stamps! Kim McFarlane from "Cuddly Buddy" sent me three new release stamps to make marketing examples for her with. The images were drawn by Kim Sponaugle. Kim is an amazing illustrator who has illustrated over 20 beautiful children's books. I just love the way that even the stamped image looks like a beautiful story book illustration.
I have received a couple of emails from Kim and she not only is a awesome artist, she is also a very lovely soul who credits all of her talent to God. I am so happy to be able to work with her images. She has even posted some of my cards on her blog. WHAT AN HONOR!!! Go visit "The Picture Kitchen Studio's Display Case" to see her awesome blog and artwork....after you leave me a comment! LOL! ;)
This stamp is called "Poor Wee Bee". These images are also available in pre-colored 3D decoupage.

For this image, I decided because he is reading story books, that I would make the card look like a children's book cover. I used Bazzil and DCWV cardstocks and no DP. I stamped the image several times, water colored it in and added some wall paper. I then popped some of the elements a couple of times.
The inside of the card reads: "Hope you will BEE well soon!".
I think this card would cheer up a sick child.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Paper Play Challenge #29 – “All Creatures Great and Small”
I used a bee.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #44 – “Cute as a Bug”
I used a bee.

ABC Challenge – A is for….”Anything Goes!”
So…anything goes! Hehehe!

Thanks for stopping by!
Please remember to leave a comment so I will know you were here! ;)

'Cuddly Buddly" Teddy Bear and Heart Card + a Few Challenges

Hello All!
Wow I have been busy the last week or two. Hubby took some time off to spend with me during my furlough from work and has been keeping me hopping! We just got back from our 28th anniversary vacation to Branson this afternoon.
I finished this card a week or so ago and am just now getting the chance to post it.
I was done with one of "Cuddly Buddly's" newer stamps. It is the adorable "Annie's Heart" stamp.
I used Bazzill Dots, Core'dinations and DCWV Glitter stack. You can purchase all of these cardstock right there @ CuddlyBuddly.com

I stamped Annie several times, water colored her, and cut lots of little pieces out for the 3D look. Then I added lots of colors of Stickles so she really sparkles!

This card fits nicely into several awesome challenges too!
They are:
Raspberry Ribbons Kits and Sketches - Circles and ribbon.
The image and image frame are cut out circles and there are circles in all of the flowers on the DP. I used ribbon with tiny little dot (circles) too! LOL!
Paper Take Weekly - My Favourite Things - anything goes as long as you use a favorite.
I used my favorite new release stamp from "Cuddly Buddly" and my favorite card base...Bazzill Dots, and my favorite embellishment...Stickles.
Creative Card Crew - Ribbons
I use ribbons in most of my cards and this one is no exception! I sure would like to win more! That is the prize for this week over @ CCC too! I am crossing my fingers and toes! ;)

If you came and looked, please be a sweetie and leave a quick note so I will know you were here!

Thanks, and hugs your way!

The papers are: "The Paper Studio's So-So Sweet", Bazzill Dots", and Core'dinations.
The butterflies are from "K&Company" and the flowers were hand punched.

This card is also entered in 5 challenges...

I don’t think there is a card artist out there that doesn’t love “Cuddly Buddly” or “Fred She Said” so I will be giving the Scor-Pal, the stamps, and the Certificate for “Fred" digis, to one lucky winner. The Scor-Pal in the picture is mine (all mine…and you can’t have it!) so I will have a new one shipped from the factory directly to the winner. 1. BECOME A FOLLOWER…if you are not already.
2. Post a picture of my candy with this link www.truesgiftsfromtheheart.blogspot.com , in a prominent place on your sidebar.
3. Leave a comment on this post with your blog address so I can come visit you and see where you posted my candy.

Cuddly Buddly Bear Card

Hello!
Glad you dropped by!
This card was made with a "Cuddly Buddly" stamp. I love their digi images but with their rubber stamps I am able to match the exact colors I want to my choice of papers.
This little guy was water colored (in small circular motions for texture) then popped several times. His balloon has been hit with "Stickles" and then "Crystal Effects".
.

The ribbon was done with shimmering watercolors to give it a satin effect. I used white acrylic paint for the dots on his feet, tie and ears.
Remember...you can click on the pictures for a closer view of the details

The papers are "Stampin Up" and "DCWV".
Want to see more pictures? Check them out on my eBay auction...HERE.
Please leave a note to let me know what you think and so I will know that you were here! ;)
