3 Cards for CDS January "Sneak Peeks!

Hi Everyone!
I am really excited because today starts the January sneak peeks for Clear Dollar Stamp's latest releases!
I illustrated 2 of the sets this month.
The following card uses one of my illustrations. It is "Heart Hugs". It would be great for Valentine's Day or for any occasion for someone you love.
The cute little flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I did a video tutorial on how to color this bear with Tombows, for the Clearly iStamp blog if you would like to check it out. :)

These darling images are from the "Loving Critters" set designed by the multi talented Laurie Wilson.
I made a couple of notepad covers with them for fun little gifts.
The pretty ribbons are Really Reasonable Ribbon'sBrown Glitz and Rose Shimmer Satin.
The sparkles in the corners of the penguin card are Pink Gradient Gem Stickers from Creative Charms.

Please head on over to the Clearly iStamp blog to get the links to the other design teams awesome creations and to see the video I did with the "Heart Hugs" stamp and Tombow markers.

Thanks and "Heart Hugs",
True :D

'Cuddly Buddly" Teddy Bear and Heart Card + a Few Challenges

Hello All!
Wow I have been busy the last week or two. Hubby took some time off to spend with me during my furlough from work and has been keeping me hopping! We just got back from our 28th anniversary vacation to Branson this afternoon.
I finished this card a week or so ago and am just now getting the chance to post it.
I was done with one of "Cuddly Buddly's" newer stamps. It is the adorable "Annie's Heart" stamp.
I used Bazzill Dots, Core'dinations and DCWV Glitter stack. You can purchase all of these cardstock right there @ CuddlyBuddly.com

I stamped Annie several times, water colored her, and cut lots of little pieces out for the 3D look. Then I added lots of colors of Stickles so she really sparkles!

This card fits nicely into several awesome challenges too!
They are:
Raspberry Ribbons Kits and Sketches - Circles and ribbon.
The image and image frame are cut out circles and there are circles in all of the flowers on the DP. I used ribbon with tiny little dot (circles) too! LOL!
Paper Take Weekly - My Favourite Things - anything goes as long as you use a favorite.
I used my favorite new release stamp from "Cuddly Buddly" and my favorite card base...Bazzill Dots, and my favorite embellishment...Stickles.
Creative Card Crew - Ribbons
I use ribbons in most of my cards and this one is no exception! I sure would like to win more! That is the prize for this week over @ CCC too! I am crossing my fingers and toes! ;)

If you came and looked, please be a sweetie and leave a quick note so I will know you were here!

Thanks, and hugs your way!

"The Next Level" Challenge DT Card - Bottons and Bows + a few other challenges!

Hello All!

Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
This week's challenge over @ "The Next Level" is an easy one! That should get everyone over there to enter! All you need to do is create a card with BUTTONS and BOWS.

Please make sure and check out all of TNL DT's cards. They are soooo cute!

Mine is done with a cute little "Stampin Up" teddy bear that already comes with a button and a bow. I stamped him on cream colored cardstock. There is no white on this card.

Then I was lucky enough to find this awesome crochet lace and buttons trim and based my colors for the card off of it. Check out the cute little button brads that I used for my flower centers too.

The cardstocks used on this one are Bazzill Dots, Core'dinations, and DCWV. I do not know the DP. It was from my scrap bin... sorry.

I am also entering this card in:
Cute Card Thursday Challenge 67 - Stitch in Time! They want to see some kind of stitching real or faux.
As you all know...I always stitch my cards! I can't help myself! LOL!
Charisma Cardz Challenge 26 - Buttons
I think this card meets that requirement too! LOL!
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge 39- 3 Ribbons. They can be alike or different but you have to have 3.
I used my 3 ribbons in the form of bows.
The Pink Elephant Challenge 21 - Use your favorite color combo.
I go thru stages! Right now, it is purple and green which are the main colors on this card.
Pile It On- Use 3 different types of embellishments and enter multiple challenges.
I used bows, buttons, and flowers, and am in multiple challenges!
This card also fits into "Simon Says Challenge" where they are asking you to paper piece a non colored part of your image. The teddy's bow, feet and paw are all pieced from the same purple paper as the rectangular piece the lace trim is on.

This week's comment candy is a surprise grab bag!

It will be well worth the time it takes to leave a quick message. I can tell you that one of the items in the grab bag will be a piece of this awesome button trim like I used on my card, so you can come up with your own special button creation! ALL you have to do to have a chance at winning is to leave a comment about this card! Just my way of saying THANKS for taking the time to make a card artist's day! I will post the winner the evening of Sunday, July 12th.

Thanks for stopping by!
Hugs to you all!
