Glad you dropped by again!
Today I get to show you my second card in the series from "Cuddly Buddly's" brand new "Bee of Good Cheer" stamps! Kim McFarlane from "Cuddly Buddy" sent me three new release stamps to make marketing examples for her with. The images were drawn by Kim Sponaugle. Kim is an amazing illustrator who has illustrated over 20 beautiful children's books. I just love the way that even the stamped image looks like a beautiful story book illustration.
This stamp is called "Thankful Wee Bee". These images are also available in pre-colored 3D decoupage.
I used Bassill cardstock and "K & Co - Que Sera Sera" designer paper. Both are available @ "Cuddly Buddly".
I watercolored the stamped image then cut out pieces of a second image and popped them up with foam tape. I then added lots of colors of glitter.
I also added the stitching and some pretty flowers that match the ones in the stamp perfectly! This card is very bright and sparkly with all of that glitter and the foil on the designer paper!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #18- “Child’s Play” – Create a card for a child and include a stamped image.
Done and done! ;)
Creative Inspirations #14 – “Bling”
I have 7 different colors of Stickles and one of the possible “blings” was glitter.
I am in! ;)
My Time to Craft Challenge #71 – “Floral Frenzy” – Use flowers
Done that for sure! ;)
Paper Play Challenge #28 – “Dimension” – Add some
I have popped my image and have flowers and ribbon that add dimension also.
Stamp Something – “Paper Piece”
I have paper pieced parts of the image
Daring Card Makers – “Bejeweled Bliss” – Add lots of bling and sparkle.
Did that! : )
Pile It On Challenge #9 – “At least 3 flowers plus other challenges”
There are 3 purple silk flowers and more on the DP.
Leave a comment or you will have bad luck for 3 years. JUST KIDDING...but I would really appreciate it! LOL!
Thanks again for looking!
