Hi Everyone!
I got several comments and some emails about how I colored this card that I posted the other day.
I created a video to show you how to get this effect with colored pencils and OMS.
I started with my newest digi stamp set "Purrfect Day", that is available now @ Clear Dollar Stamps for just $2.50 for an instant download.
And....here is the video. Hope you like! :)
Thanks so much for dropping by. I would love to know if you found this tutorial helpful and if you would like more.
Hugs,
True :D

True, that is a wonderful tutorial and I love to see you work. I have the Prismacolors and love to use my Gamsol with them. You make doing the cat image look so easy with explanations making the technique so very understanding. That cat is so adorable and the fur is just perfect. Having had no art training at all, I love to see tutorials such as this and hope you will do many more. Thanks so much.
Awesome video True!! You make it look so easy. I have to admit that my coloring never looks like THAT!! :)
This is such a cute cute card. Love the colors and such a cute stamp!
WOW!!!! Thanks for sharing your technique, True! I have to get some of those blending stumps!! Beautiful!
What a neat technique, Trudy! I've used Gamsol for years, of course, but never really experimented with texture. Now I will have to try. Thanks so much for your great tutorial. :-)

This is great True! I love coloring striped kitties!!! :)
Well True, your card is beautiful and the coloring on that Kitty is just AMAZING!!!! But I'll have to check back to see your video, I got nothing but a big white square :P, I can't wait though to see how you did those fabulous stripes!
Thanks so much for this tutorial! I, too, like to color, but have tended to stay away from using more than one color in an area. This gives me the courage to branch out!
Thank you for the video True. This is awesome!
True, thank you ever so much for the video tutorial as I'm a visual person. I have Prismacolor pencils but never knew how to really use them correctly. Thank you again, and load of love is sent your way. Love, Audrey
