My Inky Antics Stamps Are Making Their Debut At CHA In Chicago Today!

Hi Everyone!

I am super...SUPER excited today!
While I was not able to attend CHA in Chicago, I'm still representing!
My new Inky Antics stamps are making their debut!

Take a peek at the photos that Jackie from Inky Antics sent me!

This is the header over the Inky new releases.

This is the sample board of my stamp sets at Chicago CHA.
Clear sets are shown but they will also be available in individually wood mounted red rubber!
The clear set packaging has my original artwork (with coloring) printed on the clear acetate insert.
How cool is that!?!

Here ia a larger few of the entire board display.

My stamps will be available for order on the Inky Antics website starting Monday, July 23rd! :)

If you are at CHA in Chicago this week, I would love it if you stopped by the Stampers Anonymous/Inky Antics booth and take a peek at them in real life. :)

Have a great day! :)

Another of my Inky Antics CHA Cards

Hi Everyone!

I thought I would share another of the cards I created for Inky Antic's CHA booth with you today.
This one was done with their #11068SC "Guided Path" clear stamp set. It comes with a beautiful path image and 3 sentiments.

I chalked the sky then used Prismacolr pencils and Gamsol for the rest of the image.
The beautiful ribbon is Really Reasonable Ribbon's Mauve Satin ribbon.
The flowers were created with Flower Soft.

I hope you all have a wonderful day! :)
Thanks for stopping by!

Sharing One of My Inky Antics CHA Sample Cards

Happy Monday Everyone! :)

I created some samples for Jackie from Inky Antics to use on their display boards at CHA.
I have not shared any of them on my blog yet, so I thought I would share one today!

First, I want to show you a picture of Jackie and I in front of the Inky display board at the Los Angeles CHA.
Jackie is such a sweetheart!

The card I'm sharing today, was created with Inky's #0390J Bird On A Branch clear stamp set.

I used Discount Card Stock's Straw cardstock for the base, Basic Grey's - Pirus designer papers, plus a piece of re-claimed corrugated cardboard.
I used Ranger inks and clear embossing powders to stamp the image and then also used the ink to distress and colorize the edges.
That beautiful bow is made from some of  Really Reasonable Ribbon's Hand-Dyed Silk and tied using a Bow-Easy.

Thanks for dropping by today!  :)

My Pins for CHA

Hello Everyone!
Just one more day and I leave for my very first CHA!
I'm so excited.
I wanted to pop in today and show you the pins I made to match my outfits while I'm there.
They were made with eggshells plus products from Helmar, Want2Scrap, Ranger Ink, Faber Castell, Really Reasonable Ribbon and Prima.

The pretty Capri Blue ribbon pin will be worn every day even though it doesn't match anything I'm wearing. You see, its a special pin honoring my friend Katie who passed away last year from gastric cancer. This CHA might have been a chance for us to meet face to face had it not been for her illness. CANCER SUCKS!

In case you missed it, here is a video that I created sharing my version of the "Eggshell Mosaic" technique. This technique is not my original idea. It has been around for years, and can be done in lots of ways with lots of different products. Make sure and check out YouTube for other artist's videos! :)

And here is a link to an article I did for CardMaker blog called "Dreaming of CHA" if you would like to see some of the things I am looking forward to doing while there.

If you are traveling to CHA, travel safe and I'll see ya there!
Thanks for dropping by today!

"Dreaming of CHA" on CardMaker Magazine Blog

Hi Everyone!

It's just 3 days until I fly to Los Angeles to attend CHA!
I am so excited! :)

I wrote an article about what I would like to do while there for the CardMaker magazine blog.

I would love for you to head over there and check it out! :)
