I went shopping and found this really cute 12" by 12" glitter paper stack by "The Paper Studio" and some bling that I thought matched it perfectly. There are 2 packages of "K&CoMPANY" glittered and popped butterflies, a package of half pearls and gemstones both by "The Paper Studio" and 2 rolls of satin ribbon from "The Robert Stanley Collection." I think you have just about everything you need here to make some awesome cards or scrapbook pages! You can click on the pictures for a better look.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my new card. This one was made with an adorable “Whimsy Stamps” stamp. I thought I would keep the embellishments simple to show off the image and the fancy stitching. The papers are from Bazzill, K&Company, and the pretty metallic green and blue are from DCWV.

I just finished another card made with a "Whimsy Stamp Co." image. The papers are DCWV and Bazzill. I used some "Flower Soft" for the first time and I think I like it....allot!

My American Flag Card - My Original Artwork

Hello All!
This is another card that I have done for a challenge. One of my favorite buyers (and friend) was wanting lots of cards to send to our troops so she created a challenge for "Thank You" cards. This is my first entry. Don't try this one unless you have TONS of time to spare! It was done with Core'dinations papers. They are papers that are lighter on the inside so that if you sand or distress them, it gets lighter. I hand cut all of the red stripes out of card stock them sanded each one individually to get the highlights. Same thing with the blue. I dry embossed the stars then sanded them to make them show up lighter. The pieces were intricately pieced together and glued in place. I then chalked in the low lights on the white. The Stars on the inside and envelope were done using the same technique. The "Bless You" stamp is from "Simon Says Stamp." The poem inside and the original artwork are mine.
Lots of work and love went into this baby! LOL!

My first Whimsy Card!

This is the first card I made since winning a Whimsy DT spot. Just so happens that they are also having a "Whimsical Wednesday" challenge over at SNR that requires that you use a sketch designed by Jeanette Comerford.This is my entry. The papers are Bazzill, and "Poppyfinch" by Memory Box. The adorable stamp is from Whimsy Stamps.

Ha! This was such a fun card to make! It was done for a KDT challenge. It is my very first "spinner" card and I think I am hooked! For those of you that have never seen a spinner, the toilet paper roll on th front spins and rolls back and forth when you gently move the card.
The papers are Bazzill and the stamps are Stampin' Up.

Cards for soldiers

A group of Dear card artist friends of mine and one SUPER buyer (The KDT) and I have adoptined a couple of soldiers. Each week we send them a couple of our handamde cards. This is my first card to go.
